I was doing the recommended every 3 year vent cleaning and after doing the whole upstairs the serviceman said to me that my vents weren’t bad at all and recommended to have him stop and and he would continue with the dry vent clean out and water heater sediment clean out and only charge me for the latter. Any other company would have continued cleaning weather it needed to be done or not but the integrity of this company and serviceman were 2nd to none.

My contractor noted that 2 vents were missed (was easy to do as 1) they were in the floor, not in the wall like all the others. 2) The house was still a job site and we weren't there to point all of the vents out.)
